Village Green Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Staff Nurse to join our dedicated team for the 11p-7a shift. Applicants must hold an unrestricted LPN or RN license and will provide, coordinate, and manage nursing care and health education for residents.
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the LPN/RN will supervise CNAs, coordinate unit care, administer medications, and implement physician orders while developing individualized care plans.
