Registered Nurse; Rn

LifePoint Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our non-urban hospital setting. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, coordinate treatments, and collaborate with an interprofessional team to ensure safe, effective care. You will educate patients and families, support community health initiatives, and participate in quality and safety programs. • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required)
• Handle with Care preferred.

• Current state RN license and an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.
• One year of experience is preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
• No call
• Every other weekend
• Rotating Holidays

Skills

Critical thinking and decisive judgment; able to work with minimal supervision in stressful environments. Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple clinical software systems. Effective English communication (read, write, speak, and understand). Ability to successfully complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.
