What You’ll Do

• Serve as the sole provider managing adult and pediatric urgent care patients (ages 6 months and up)
• Perform minor procedures such as Lac repairs, ear irrigations, and other urgent care interventions
• Conduct patient assessments, formulate treatment plans, and document using Epic EMR
• Handle a patient load of approximately 45-60 patients per day, ensuring quick and quality care
• Demonstrate excellent soft skills for effective communication with support staff and patients
• Maintain compliance with all clinical guidelines and credentialing requirements
• Participate fully in scheduled training sessions and onboarding processes on Wednesdays as required

What You Need
Required:

• Active North Carolina medical license and NC DEA
• At least 12 months of urgent care experience, treating both adults and pediatrics
• Certification through NCCPA or equivalent, valid BLS
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Prior experience in high-volume urgent care centers
• Strong interpersonal and soft skills
• Flexibility to cover shifts at Fayetteville and Lumberton locations
