Marathon Health is seeking an LPN/LVN to support clinicians in our occupational health program. You will greet employees, take histories, assist during exams, perform phlebotomy, collect specimens, and administer injections under supervision.
Qualifications include an Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent, LPN/LVN license, and 3+ years in healthcare. Athena EMR experience is preferred. This is an on-site role in Fayetteville, NC. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is included.
