Halifax Community College seeks a Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) nurse to enroll, coordinate, and provide comprehensive nursing care to a caseload of 25–30 families via in-person or telehealth visits.
You will partner with families and community agencies to improve pregnancy outcomes and child health, participate in required NFP and HCC trainings, and contribute to data review and quality improvement activities. Travel is 40% and a NC license is required.
