Village Green Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care in our long-term care setting in North Carolina.
The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted North Carolina RN license, has 3–5 years of RN experience (preferably in long-term care), and demonstrates strong regulatory knowledge. Nursing management experience is preferred, with BSN preferred.
