Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in behavioral health and human services settings
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and protocols
• Monitor and document vital signs, patient status, and responses to treatment
• Support implementation of interdisciplinary treatment and care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and documentation
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and allied professionals on care coordination
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health promotion
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards and regulations
• Participate in continuous improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
