• Unencumbered CNA Certification (Required)
• Two years’ experience in a Long Term Care environment (Preferred)
• Direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software, Point Click Care  a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail oriented
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Very comfortable with using computers, Windows, and Microsoft Office
• Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
• Use of e-Verify to confirm US employment eligibility
