Cape Fear Valley Health System is seeking a Care Advocate in Fayetteville, NC to support pregnant and postpartum patients from enrollment through 12 months postpartum. You will engage empathetically, perform brief clinical assessments, educate patients, and coordinate care with OB, pediatrics, primary care, behavioral health, and community partners.
Qualified candidates have an RN license in NC (or compact state), 2 years in obstetrics/maternal newborn care, and strong care coordination skills.
