A leading food safety company in North Carolina is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to assist the FSQA Team with regulatory compliance and food safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance for HACCP and SQF/GFSI standards, assisting with the Environmental Monitoring Program, and creating training for employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and familiarity with USDA and FDA regulations while being flexible in working hours.

HACCP/PCQI certification is preferred.
