• Identify and pursue new opportunities in your assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate office machine solutions
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and service agreements
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software

• Previous experience in B2B sales preferred (especially in office equipment or technology)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Basic understanding of office machines and related technologies (training provided)
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
