Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Service Representative role located in Fayetteville, NC. The Sales Service Representative will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to promote and sell Woodmen Life products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, managing accounts, responding to inquiries, and supporting clients in achieving their financial goals.

The role also entails representing Woodmen Life in the local community and participating in outreach and volunteer initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in sales, account management, and client relations
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • A proactive approach to community outreach and volunteer activities
  • Life insurance licenses or the ability to obtain required licensing in a timely manner
  • Prior experience in sales or financial services is a plus
