What You’ll Be Doing
  • Inspect roofs and identify storm damage (training provided)
  • Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, and networking
  • Meet with homeowners, explain the process, and build lasting trust
  • Work to support customers as they work through insurance claims alongside adjusters
  • Manage projects from first contact to completion with consistent follow‑up
  • Reach personal sales goals and contribute to team success
  • Work outdoors and stay motivated in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Sales experience preferred (roofing, gutters, construction, or outside sales).
  • Comfortable with the physical demands of the job, including climbing roofs on a daily basis.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling to appointments and the office.
  • A driven, self‑motivated personality with a strong work ethic—someone who goes the extra mile.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships with homeowners.
