- Reach personal sales goals and contribute to team success
- Work outdoors and stay motivated in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
- Sales experience preferred (roofing, gutters, construction, or outside sales).
- Comfortable with the physical demands of the job, including climbing roofs on a daily basis.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling to appointments and the office.
- A driven, self‑motivated personality with a strong work ethic—someone who goes the extra mile.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships with homeowners.
