Part Time Sales Associate (Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Associate is responsible for leasing self-storage units, collecting rent and maintaining the facility. Leasing self-storage units involves keeping the office open during the posted hours and answering the phone.

Collecting rent from tenants involves accurately processing payments in the leasing office & over the phone. Maintaining the storage facility involves keeping the leasing office clean & neat as well as maintaining all vacant self-storage units in rent ready condition. This is a fun, sales focused job with a wide variety of office & onsite duties working directly with the public.

• Part Time Position
• Up to 29 hours per week
• Competitive hourly rate plus monthly bonus commission! Pay differential for weekends & holidays!
• Holiday & Weekend availability necessary!

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum age of21 years' old
• Must own Reliable Transportation
• Must have a Valid and maintain State Driver's License
• Background & Driving Record Check, Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Physical Required

This location will be at our American Flag Storage Center facility on 5385 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28311.
