  • Support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and accountability of RAPIDS workstation hardware and related equipment.
  • Train, guide, and assist Verifying Officials and other site users on proper DEERS/RAPIDS procedures.
  • Maintain secure handling of CAC/USID cardstock, returned cards, failed cards, confiscated cards, equipment, PII, and Government-furnished property.
  • Ensure privacy and security procedures are followed at all workstations, including safeguarding CACs, PINs, customer information, documents, and system access.
  • Maintain required site records, logs, checklists, reports, and documentation for Government review.
  • Report security, inventory, equipment, documentation, or policy issues through the proper chain of communication.
  • Support phase-in, onboarding, training, certification, and operational readiness requirements before full performance begins.
Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Site Security Manager, Verifying Official, or  Office employee is strongly preferred.
