Intelligence Collection Manager - Subject Matter Expert

SMX is seeking a Captured Enemy Material Subject Matter Expert to join our growing team of Mission Support Experts. This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

• Serve as the principal advisor to senior leadership on the integration of CEM and Technical Intelligence (TECHINT) into the F3
  
  EAD cycle.
• Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the collection, handling, and exploitation of enemy materiel across specialized task forces.
• Synchronize exploitation efforts between forward‑deployed elements and national labs (e.g., NGIC, NMEC, TEDAC) to ensure unity of effort.
• Lead complex efforts to attribute recovered technologies to specific state or non‑state actors, focusing on counter‑proliferation and supply‑chain disruption.
• Deploy as needed.

• Required clearance: TS/SCI.
• 8+ years of intelligence experience, with 6+ years in CEM, TECHINT, or Forensic Intelligence supporting elite mission command.
• Proven track record of directing multi‑disciplinary teams (DOMEX, Forensics, Weapons Intelligence) in high‑pressure environments.
• Deep mastery of Title 10/Title 50 legalities regarding evidence custody and intelligence oversight.
• Graduate of Senior Intelligence or Technical Exploitation courses;
  Master’s degree in a relevant technical or national security field preferred.
• Must have a valid US Passport.

Salary Range
: $100,000 – $135,000 USD
