The NC Department of Adult Correction is seeking a Correctional Sergeant III at Bertie Correctional Institution in Windsor, NC. You will supervise lower-level custody staff, coordinate post assignments, and lead routine and emergency operations to ensure security and inmate welfare.
Responsibilities include directing staff during drills and emergencies, conducting searches, and maintaining comprehensive reports. Must meet licensing requirements and be eligible for certification by the NC CJETSC.
