Our repair team plays a critical role in protecting homeowners, fixing problems the right way, and representing Maven with professionalism in the field.

As a Roof Repair Technician
, you ll handle residential and commercial roofing repairs including leak diagnostics, flashing repairs, shingle replacement, pipe boots, vents, and small corrective work. This is a hands-on, field role for someone who already knows roofing — we are not looking for helpers or entry-level labor.

• Diagnose and repair roof leaks accurately and efficiently
• Perform residential and commercial roofing repairs
• Replace shingles, flashing, pipe boots, vents, and related components
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and repairs
• Document repairs with photos and notes in company systems
• Maintain a clean, professional job site and company standards
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality benchmarks

• Proven roofing experience is required (repairs preferred)
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and leak diagnostics
• Ability to work independently and make sound repair decisions

• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
