The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community properties in North Carolina. You will perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping duties to maintain curb appeal and high-quality apartment homes, while responding to customer service requests.
Qualified candidates have 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and valid driver’s license. Technical skills and safety awareness are essential for daily operations and repairs.
