Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform basic maintenance, repairs, and upkeep for KEES rental homes, buildings, and offices. The role includes scheduled and emergency repairs, and maintaining tools, vehicles, and work spaces.
Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electronics, and wiring; completing work orders; and ensuring safety procedures are followed. A valid driver license and a high school diploma are preferred.
