Van Metre is seeking a floating maintenance technician to support The Villagio, Hunter's Ridge, Stone Gate, and Village on the Lake in Fayetteville. You’ll rotate across communities based on need, perform maintenance, service requests, make-ready work, and daily site walks.
You will join a 24/7 on-call rotation and may occasionally travel to Greensboro or Burlington. EPA 608/CFC certifications and a valid driver’s license are required, with basic tools supplied by you.
