Skillforce has teamed up with a leading electrical contractor to find a skilled Electrical Superintendent to work on their industrial projects.
This is a full-time position based out of Fayetteville, NC with occasional travel.
Electrical Superintendent Compensation & Benefits- Salary plus OT: $50/hr, negotiable higher or lower based on experience
- Schedule:
Typically 50+ hours per week, but varies from project to project - Company vehicle
- Background check, drug screen, and MVR required
- 100% employer paid Health
- PTO and 401k
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all electrical construction activities on industrial projects
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Supervise electrical crews
- Interpret project drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to maintain workflow
- Ensure installations meet quality standards and comply with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Manage manpower, materials, and daily jobsite operations while monitoring progress, resolving field issues, and supporting system testing and commissioning.
- 3+ years of industrial electrical field supervision experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage crews effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required.
