We are seeking dedicated and skilled candidates for the role of Installer
. This position involves frequent travel, both in and out of state, to support the installation and maintenance of large kitchen food service equipment at our customer locations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Delivery and installation of various kitchen equipment and supplies locally and nationwide
- Taking direction from others to complete the job
- Moving heavy objects and working with power tools
- Communicating directly with customers and with our project managers is critical for the successful execution of the job
- Some warehouse work and building maintenance are required on rare occasions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel 3-4 nights per week, 3-4 weeks per month
. - Physical abilities including heavy lifting that will be required. Climbing, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
- Able to work on construction sites, operational kitchens and cafeterias, warehouses and loading docks
- Mechanically inclined – knowledge of hand tools is required
- Preferred experience that is helpful: construction, electrical, plumbing, and/or forklift
- Team player, reliable, dependable, and willing to work
- Must have an acceptable driving record and active driver's license to be insurable to be able to drive a company truck
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, personable, presentable, and articulate
