YMP REM is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks at a 200+ unit Class C multifamily community in Fayetteville. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry, while keeping accurate records in Yardi Voyager 8.
This on-site role requires multitasking, strong organization, and reliable communication with the Property Manager, Regional Facilities Manager, and residents.
