HVAC Service Technician – Join Our Growing Team!
Full time - 4 Day Workweek - Flexible Schedule!
Pay dependent on experience!
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose, Repair, & Maintain HVAC Systems – Identify issues accurately and perform expert repairs and maintenance
- Educate & Advise Customers – Recommend system upgrades, efficiency improvements, and service plans tailored to their needs
- Ensure Quality & Safety – Follow industry best practices and company procedures to complete each job professionally
- Deliver World-class Service – Provide a five-star experience that builds trust and satisfaction
- Experience in Residential HVAC – Light commercial experience is a plus!
- Strong Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent Customer Service & Communication – You listen, understand, and educate customers
- Professional Image & Work Ethic – You take pride in your appearance and performance
- Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
- Ability to Lift 60 lbs. & Work in Various Conditions – Crawl spaces, attics, platforms and rooftops included
- Ability to Pass a Background Check & Drug Test
- Paid Training & Continued Education – In house and through other avenues. If travel is necessary – travel, lodging & meals are company covered.
- Company Vehicle & Fuel Card – Company vehicle driven home nightly
