Scope of Work:
Serves as the Exercise Support Cell Foreman for Range 37, supervising personnel and providing construction management and a full range of logistical services, including facility maintenance and construction.

• Supervise Exercise Support Cell personnel at Range 37 to ensure mission success.
• Provide general maintenance, repairs, and construction of facilities, grounds, and ancillary equipment such as targets, lighting, fences, gates, and buildings.
• Apply carpentry, woodworking, metalworking, concrete, masonry, basic electrical, and plumbing skills.
• Maintain familiarization with automated systems such as automated target systems.
• Operate heavy equipment, trucks, tractors, mowers, and other motor vehicles.
• Travel as requested to provide direct support for USAJFKSWCS courses.

• Active Secret clearance
• U.S. citizenship
• Certification in Construction Management and/or at least two (2) years of construction project management experience (equivalent experience such as construction trade business ownership or management is acceptable)
• Subject matter expertise in all aspects of construction and facility maintenance operations
• Ability to lift 30 pounds; ability to operate heavy equipment and motor vehicles; valid state driver's license
• Ability to work in demanding indoor and outdoor environmental conditions
