- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, plans, and layouts
- Layout and install commercial ductwork systems
- Assemble duct sections, fittings, and connections
- Install hangers, supports, and sheet metal components
- Perform field measurements and adjustments as needed
- Direct Apprentice/Helper and maintain crew productivity
- Coordinate installation around other trades
- Maintain quality workmanship for hospital construction projects
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
- Commercial construction experience required
- Hospital/medical construction experience is a plus
- 9-panel drug test required
- Lift and fall-protection certifications required as applicable
- Standard PPE required
- Must complete Cape Fear jobsite orientation, including approximately 20-minute orientation video
- Ability to communicate effectively with site supervision
- Spanish-speaking candidates should only be submitted when there is a reliable bilingual communication option available
