- Join the Trauma Program within OSU Psychiatry and Behavioral Health
- Enhance the department's clinical mission

- Balance clinical responsibilities with supervision of distinct positions
- Support research, education, and clinical programs
- Contribute to randomized clinical trials, military-population research, trauma-specialized therapies, and intervention/efficacy research
- Advanced clinical degree, such as an LCSW, from an accredited program
- Accredited training pathways aligned with suitability for licensure and clinical practice in North Carolina
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- State of North Carolina Social Work licensure (LISW or LPCC)
- 1 year of relevant experience required
- 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience with PTSD, military service members, and veterans
- Experience developing, leading, or substantially contributing to research, education, and clinical programs
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- Top secret (TS) clearance with sensitive compartmented information (SCI) eligibility required
- Successful completion of a background check
- Drug screen or physical may be required during the post-offer process
- Resumes must be approved by both OSUWMC and the U.S. Government
- Availability for personal, face-to-face interviews and in-person job verification/job skills assessments
Demonstrates expertise in trauma-specialized therapies and intervention research while effectively balancing clinical responsibilities and mentorship. Proven ability to lead and contribute to research and education programs within a military context.
