Qualifications and Skills:

• 6 years of work experience in Java and .net ( C# ), and you are proficient in:
• Writing high quality code
• Object oriented code
• Comfortable with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban
• Can be versatile, influential, and open minded in your day to day
• Enjoy challenges

*** And BONUS points if you have experience with cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Docker or Kubernetes.

Responsibilities: ( the first bullet point says it all )

• Develops software solutions by first studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; then investigates the problem areas, before following the software development lifecycle. One of the important responsibilities in this position is to determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem, definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Documents the process.
• Possibly improving operations by conducting systems analysis and then recommending change changes in policies and procedures.
• Stays abreast of the state of the art development, tools, and programming techniques
• Can be a mentor to other software developers with advice and coaching.
