The Parts Coordinator is responsible for the movement of parts and equipment in and out of the warehouse.

• Creating purchase orders.
• Receiving orders into inventory, comparing purchase orders to packing slips, tagging or marking part numbers, and placing parts in the proper bin location.
• Completing proper shipping paperwork, packaging, and shipping of all parts and equipment.
• Pulling parts for all jobs and maintaining parts movement to a job.
• Assisting in keeping the warehouse and surrounding parts storage areas organized.
• Completing all paperwork related to shipping and receiving and turning it into the office daily.
• Additional activities as assigned by management.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Prior maintenance or warehouse experience.
• Highly organized with superior time management skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
• Effective oral and written communication skills and works well with others.
• Ability to deal with minor problems involving equipment or various situations.
