HGV / Trailer Technician - Featherstone

Salary: £41,600 per year basic (£20.00 per hour)

Overtime:
Paid at time and a half after 40 hours worked

Location:

Featherstone

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• 1 hour unpaid break
• Overtime available before shift and Saturday mornings

Our client is a well-established commercial vehicle business based in Featherstone and is currently seeking an experienced HGV / Trailer Technician to join their friendly and professional workshop team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking to work within a supportive environment carrying out maintenance and repairs on a varied fleet of trucks and trailers.

• Servicing, maintenance and repair of HGVs and trailers
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
• Preparing vehicles and trailers for MOT inspections
• Completing all work to a high standard in line with company procedures
• Working collaboratively as part of a small, experienced workshop team

• Previous experience as an HGV Technician, Trailer Technician or Commercial Vehicle Technician
• Relevant qualifications are advantageous
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality workmanship

• Basic salary of £41,600 per year
