Dispensary Front Desk Receptionist

We provide adult consumers and registered patients in Colorado with first-rate cannabis therapies at our registered marijuana dispensary in Federal Heights.

Green Sativa is now hiring a Full and Part Time Receptionists at our retail operation in Federal Heights.

Employment Requirements:

• 21 years old
• CO MED Badge
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous cannabis industry experience
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• 2 years+ of customer relations and sales experience
• Knowledge of cannabis products and accessories
• Proven organizational and attention to detail abilities

What you will do:

• Verify patient identification documentation.
• Input patient documentation into Flowhub and Metrc
• Verify patient eligibility in Metrc.
• Execute processes and procedures to ensure all patient and membership documentation is retained compliantly.
• Answer incoming calls and perform clerical work.
• Send, receive, and file patient separation documents.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance.
• Keep privacy and confidentiality of patient information.
• Follow policies and procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state and local medical and recreational marijuana regulations.*
