Pay range: $16.00–$17.50 per hour, based on experience.

Start as a Trainee in a 5‑week paid training program and earn a $0.50 hourly raise with promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Continue to the Pawnbroker Certification Program to earn an additional $1.00 per hour and opportunities to progress to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) or Assistant Manager, which includes a 6‑month training program to build management skills.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) – a plus.
• Sales background – a plus.
• Bilingual – a plus.
