WHATYOU'LL DO:
As an Accounting Assistant, you will support the firm’s day-to-day financial operations by assisting with bookkeeping, data entry, and maintaining accurate client records. You will help prepare financial documents, process invoices and payments, and support both individual and business tax preparation by organizing and reviewing client information. This role also involves communicating with clients and team members, ensuring deadlines are met, and helping keep the office running efficiently during busy tax seasons.

NEED TO HAVE :
We are seeking candidates with prior experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, or office administration, with a basic understanding of financial principles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and organized, with experience handling data entry, reconciliations, and financial records. Familiarity with accounting software such as Quick Books and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are highly preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks—especially in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment like tax season—are essential for success in this role.
