Accounts Payable Specialist Fix-It 24/7 | Golden, CO

Fix-It 24/7 is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Golden, Colorado. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

Full-Time

Monday – Friday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

In-Office Position

Pay: $27–$29 per hour, depending on experience

Process and manage vendor invoices accurately and timely

Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts

Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Maintain organized AP records and documentation

Assist with month-end closing activities

Work closely with operations managers and vendors to ensure smooth payment processes

Support additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned

3+ years of Accounts Payable experience required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Experience with
Sage Intacct

Experience with
Service Titan

Experience in the home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction industries
