Responsibilities- Ensure caregivers meet all training and licensing requirements and maintain compliance with state and organizational standards.
- Manage and maintain caregiver files, conduct orientation training, and process background checks.
- Support office administration and provide clerical support as part of daily operations.
- Interact with staff, customers, and the public as an integral part of the position.
- Perform recurring assignments under general guidance and resolve day-to-day problems with available support.
- Assist with unusual or questionable transactions as needed.
- Experience providing clerical support and working in an office environment.
- Ability to interact professionally with staff, customers, and the public.
- Ability to perform recurring assignments with minimal instruction and guidance.
