Legal Secretary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join Job Duck and support a dynamic legal team in delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for clients, helping guide them through important processes with empathy, professionalism, and clarity. You will play a vital role in maintaining organized workflows, ensuring timely communication, and supporting case progression through administrative and legal tasks.

Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities- File auto insurance and health insurance claims
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and manage administrative tasks
- Draft, proofread, and send legal documents and correspondence
- Support case preparation and ensure documentation is properly organized
- Forward attorneys’ emails and faxes to paralegals
- Obtain key documentation such as police reports, insurance policies, and settlement paperwork
- Assist in guiding clients through contract processe
- Perform legal background checks and conflict checks
- Screen, direct, and prioritize incoming calls and emails for attorneys and paralegals
- Communicate with clients and providers via phone and email
- Timezone: EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Experience supporting legal teams or administrative functions preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable handling client-facing interactions with professionalism and care
