The salary range for this position is $33.00-$35.00 per hour. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k with company match, and paid time off. If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.

ESSENTIAL

FUNCTIONS
  • Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities of the office facility.
  • Manages the reception area, including reception duties during normal business hours, to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
  • Monitors office and break room supply inventory, placing orders and restocking as necessary.
  • Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities in coordination with corporate office and in accordance with company policies and budget parameters.
  • Coordinates with corporate office on procurements and repairs of office furniture and equipment.
  • Handles all incoming/outgoing mail and packages to include UPS/Fed Ex, USPS, ordering of supplies and distribution of mail and personal purchases where applicable.
  • Answers questions and recommends corrective services to address customer complaints.
  • Create and distribute weekly reporting to include PTG Revenue, KPI, goal tracking, tracking operating budget and education completion.
  • Create and maintain top account information as needed.
  • Sets up meetings for DMs and VP, Sales including but not limited to setting up conference calls, putting together schedules, tracking samples, ordering food, setting up and breaking down meeting rooms.
  • Supports DMs with educational event planning and/or in store tastings with suppliers and market specialists.
  • Supports DMs with local supplier events in planning and execution.
  • Source, plan, and execute general sales meeting and operate within prescribed budget.
  • Process sample orders as well as pickups/returns as needed.
  • Attends department meetings and functions as required.
  • Arrives to work, meetings, appointments and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.
  • Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicates hazards and/or suggests improvements to manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal Office Environment.

EQUIPMENT / MACHINERY USED

Office equipment including computers, printers, telephone, fax machine, copier and scanner.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, finger dexterity and visual acuity.
  • Lifting up to 30 lbs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Associate’s degree in business or related field or HS Diploma and 5 years of experience in an administrative/customer service setting.
  • 1-2 years office management experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Professional demeanor and image.
  • Required In-office Days:
    Monday – Friday.
