Aerotek is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator/Foreman to oversee and operate a range of heavy construction equipment on Meriden, CT project sites. The role blends hands-on operation with leadership to ensure safe, efficient earthwork, utility installation, grading, and excavation.
You will lead field crews, read plans, use GPS / Topcon systems, perform daily inspections, enforce OSHA safety, and coordinate with drivers to meet deadlines.
