As an Associate Project Manager at JLL, you will support the successful delivery of retail construction projects for a financial services client. This role is responsible for assisting with project execution, stakeholder coordination, budget and schedule tracking, and maintaining project documentation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams will be essential to project success.

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project development and execution, including budget management, schedule adherence, and quality control
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support effective project communication and collaboration
• Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
• Support contract review, negotiation, and administration with vendors and suppliers
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports
• Track project financial performance, monitor expenses, and maintain budget records
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and support project-related administrative tasks
• Assist with site visits and project-related meetings as needed
• Support overall project team operations to help ensure timely and successful project delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in project management or related roles within the real estate industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
• Knowledge of project management principles and best practices
• Familiarity with real estate industry standards and construction processes
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits as needed

• Experience managing small- to medium-scale projects from initiation through completion
• Experience supporting commercial real estate clients within the financial services industry
• Knowledge of construction processes and building codes
• Proficiency with project management processes, software, and tools

• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Time entry required
• Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate for hours exceeding 40 per week with manager approval required

75,000.00 – 88,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
