.
The incoming Director will report to the National Head of Construction and oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects spanning the Eastern third of the country.
Responsibilities Include:- Driving all aspects of project development (from pre-construction to close-out).
- Visiting job sites and overseeing contractors and consultants.
- Developing policies and procedures to improve project management.
- Planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, and controlling a vareity of construction projects at industrial real estate properties including: redevelopments, renovations, capital improvements, and more.
Ideal Director candidates will have experience working for a GC/CM and/or developer and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with industrial real estate is preferred.
