Job Overview

Join Happy Kids Dentistry as a Full‑Time Dental Assistant in the Federal Way‑Auburn area of Washington. This onsite position offers a pay range of $18 to $24 per hour and comprehensive benefits, including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), disability, and paid time off. Your role will involve creating a welcoming and fun dental experience for children while supporting the dentist and team.

• Greet young patients and help them feel comfortable and excited about their visits.
• Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Take digital radiographs and perform prophylaxis.
• Explain treatment plans to parents and educate children on oral hygiene.
• Maintain an organized and clean environment, upholding health and safety regulations.
• Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

• Preferred or willing to be fully trained as a dental assistant.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to perform prophylaxis and take digital radiographs.
• Good computer skills.

• High school diploma; completion of a dental assisting program preferred.
