Revit Modeler

Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Revit Modeler in Washington to support multidisciplinary water and wastewater projects using Revit and AutoCAD within the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment.

This role focuses on production modeling, model coordination, and Revit-based deliverables that help project teams develop clear, consistent design documentation in alignment with Kennedy Jenks CAD/BIM standards.

You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and CAD/BIM leadership to support high-quality model development, organized project workflows, and downstream design and construction needs.

As a Revit Modeler
, you’ll contribute across modeling production, project coordination, standards-based delivery, and day-to-day design team support.

• Develop models: Provide Revit-based modeling support for multidisciplinary water and wastewater projects.
• Prepare deliverables: Assist with model setup, coordination tasks, and production of contract drawings.
• Support project teams: Help designers and engineers with day-to-day Revit and AutoCAD production needs.
• Coordinate systems: Participate in coordination efforts involving process, plumbing, and HVAC systems when applicable.
• Apply standards: Follow established Kennedy Jenks CAD/BIM standards and workflows to support consistent project delivery within the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment.
• Resolve modeling issues: Coordinate with CAD/BIM leads to address modeling, workflow, or standards-related questions.

• Reliable production support: Your work helps project teams translate design intent into coordinated, usable model content and contract drawings.
• Cross-discipline coordination: You help connect disciplines, systems, and deliverables so teams can work from organized and dependable model information.
• Consistent CAD/BIM delivery: You contribute to repeatable CAD/BIM practices that strengthen quality, efficiency, and project delivery across water and wastewater work.

• Detail-oriented work style: You take care with model organization, drawing accuracy, and the small details that support dependable deliverables.
• Collaborative mindset: You work well with designers, engineers, and CAD/BIM leaders in a multidisciplinary project environment.
• Clear communication: You ask thoughtful questions, share status updates, and raise modeling or coordination needs in a timely way.
• Receptiveness to guidance: You are open to technical feedback and willing to apply established standards as project needs evolve.
• Dependable execution: You manage assigned tasks, balance priorities, and contribute steadily to project milestones.

• Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in Revit-based modeling.
• Modeling knowledge: Basic understanding of 3D modeling concepts and Revit systems.
• Discipline exposure: Preferred experience supporting process piping, plumbing, or HVAC-related modeling.
• Software: AutoCAD 2022 or higher experience is a plus; familiarity with Autodesk Forma and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is preferred.

Hourly Pay Rate for this position is anticipated to be $40 to $50 per hour, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications, and geographic location.
