Senior Architect in Washington

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Washington. As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects from concept to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to all relevant building codes and regulations.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and construction processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit Sketch Up and other design software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Lead the design process for various projects from initial concept to final completion
• Develop detailed plans, drawings and specifications using appropriate software
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and other team members throughout the construction process
• Ensure that all projects adhere to building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations etc
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control
• Evaluate potential risks and develop contingency plans
