Do you bring out the star in your students? Our motto at Taylor Robinson Music is "Learn to Play From the Heart". We are looking for private music instructors, especially for Voice, who share this philosophy. We strive to make music lessons as accessible and affordable as possible.

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors in the Federal Way, WA area. Lessons can be held at students' homes, in your own home or studio, or via webcam. While webcam lessons are a small portion, most students prefer in‑person lessons, so local instructors or those willing to travel in the area are needed.

You will be paid on an independent contractor basis between $20‑$30 per hour, dependent on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate. You have the freedom to set your own schedule and curriculum. We also handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing to lighten your load so you can focus on music.

If you are great with kids, love teaching, communicate well with our office, and are organized and punctual, Taylor Robinson Music might be the place for you. Formal music training is not mandatory, but a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience is required.

Regarding COVID‑19 precautions, students prefer in‑person lessons, so you must wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing when applicable.
