** - Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for preschool-aged children with special needs
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each child’s unique abilities and goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and specialists, to support the holistic development of each child
- Foster strong relationships with families, providing them with support, resources, and strategies to enhance their child's learning at home
- Monitor and assess student progress, making necessary adjustments to teaching methods and strategies
- Utilize creative teaching methods, incorporating play, art, and technology to promote learning and engagement
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in special education
- Advocate for inclusive practices and policies within the school and the community
