Key

Qualifications:

• Valid PEL (Professional Educator License) required
• School Social Worker endorsement required
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher in K-8 settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to work at multiple sites as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs across elementary and middle school grades
• Provide differentiated instruction, accommodations, and modifications for students with a range of abilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to promote student success
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as appropriate
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
