Solar Installer

We are a reputable renewable energy company in Washington seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team As a Solar Installer you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties This is a full-time position with competitive salary of $1500 per month with benefits and accommodation provided

• Install solar panel systems according to design plans and specifications
• Ensure proper placement and alignment of panels for maximum energy efficiency
• Connect panels to electrical wiring and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on solar panel systems
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise with the system
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times
• Maintain accurate records of work performed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Solar Installer or similar role
• Knowledge of electrical wiring and basic construction techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and able to work at heights as needed
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record

• Certification in solar panel installation or related field
• Previous experience with different types of solar panel systems photovoltaic thermal etc
• Bilingual in English and Hindi
