Civil Engineer

We are currently seeking a Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in Washington. As a Junior Civil Engineer you will work closely with senior engineers and architects to assist in the design construction and maintenance of various civil engineering projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national looking to gain experience in the United States.

• Conduct site visits and assist in the preparation of reports and designs for construction projects
• Assist in the calculation and analysis of structural elements such as foundations walls and beams
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure project specifications are met
• Conduct research on materials, regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance
• Prepare cost estimates for materials labor and equipment for construction projects
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior engineers

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil engineering or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering software programs
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Candidates must be able to provide their own visa sponsorship

Salary $1100 per month

This is a part-time position with flexible hours
