As a supplemental billing clerk you will be creating supplemental billings and credits for employers participating in the Trust. These supplemental billings and credits are a result of various adjustments including overages and shortages, credits from the employer, seasonal billings, and rate increases.

You will also be responsible for:

• Researching and creating supplemental billings/credits
• Pursuing refunds of improper contribution
• Sending out notification letters to employers and local unions
• Reviewing accounts for supplemental billing
• Processing account closures and prepare closure files
• Answering follow up questions from employers and local unions

• Detailed.Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills
• Communicator:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills--both written and verbal
• Experienced.One or more years of related experience
• Organized. Ability to utilize time management to work under pressure and within deadlines
• Team Player. Work independently as well as being a productive member of a team
